Service is good and the food is served pretty quickly Portions are decent and tastes good Would love to come back and try their other food They tell you what’s sold out before you order so that’s good to know The baked rice was pretty tasty with the large amount of cheese. Pork chop was yummy too Kfcc was ok. The sauce tasted like gochujang but the chicken was average. Don’t recommend it unless you’re ok with just normal fried chicken I thought I had to pay as soon as I order as noted on the order slip but it’s good you can pay after your meal All in all, a good place to dine with friends and enjoy good food

Punches higher than the price. Hainan Chicken and Pork Chop Rice were flavorful. The salad with peanut sauce was addicting. Planning to go back to try the other dishes which I saw other people ordering.

This place was suggested to me as I do like trying new places. Came around the start of their lunch service. We were greeted as we walked in and seated with menus immediately. The interior of the restaurant was nice, modernly decorated, clean and had an inviting atmosphere. The menu has a nice range to choose from and pricing was fairly reasonable. The sizing of the meals are the "yum cha" serving size so they are smaller than the standard dish size. We ordered a bunch of dishes and a couple of drinks. Fried rice, pork ribs, chicken wings with 7 spices, bbq pork buns, black bean sesame balls, lemon ice tea and feijoa apple juice. The man who waited on our table was lovely, friendly and welcoming (we later found out was the owner). The other wait staff were also friendly, attentive and proactive in clearing our table of empty plates etc and asked if we needed anything. I absolutely loved the chicken nibbles with the seven spices and their black bean sesame balls are the best I've ever had in Auckland. The ribs were tasty and the rest of the dishes were nice too. I would gladly pay a bit more for bigger serve sizing because the food is morish and did want more of each dish. The staff are great and we enjoyed the dining experience here overall. I will be a returning customer and cannot wait to try the rest of what the menu has to offer. I recommended this place to another family member and they have now made it their weekly sunday lunch place since.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Perfectly seasoned dishes—just the right balance. recommend mala baked rice, fried chicken wing, Singapore noodles and more. And to top it all off, a tasty crème brûlée I absolutely loved.

First time here, as other comments have suggested the service wow. When I arrived the lady opened the door and welcomed me. I saw her do this for others coming and leaving. The place is spotless, tables, seats everything! The finished dishes are cleaned up very quickly. I saw the lady wiping down all the menus when she had free time. Food was tapas size but good, for the price and quality it's pretty value. 2-3 people would be around 40 to 60 dollars. Boss is super friendly too, hard working and making sure everyone is happy. Definitely would recommend a try and I would come again. There's a wide range of items on the menu so there's something for everyone

If you're looking for a taste of Malaysia, this restaurant is a solid choice. The urban decor is modern and relaxing, making it a great spot to unwind. We decided to try the highly recommended fish soup noodle (supposedly for two people) and were blown away by the portion size – it could easily feed four! At $34.80, it's a little on the expensive side for a couple, but the quality and quantity made it worthwhile (plus, we got a takeaway!). We also ordered the mala spicy chicken, which had the perfect amount of heat and the chicken was melt-in-your-mouth tender. This is a great Malaysian restaurant that I would recommend for both lunch and dinner, especially if you're dining with a group of friends.

Really really good tasting Malaysian chinese food. Even better the price is affordable too. The short haired lady who was wearing pink was also very nice with the service. Everyone else was just ok and not really tried to look at us even though we had our hands up trying to get attention. Anyway, the baked tomato pork chop rice is quite authentic cantonese style and the pork was quite tender and grilled nicely. The fried rice is a simple egg fried rice but is very good. The same rice is used in the roast chicken dish which the chicken was roasted perfectly. The only thing I would comment on is that the chicken would be better if it came with either a chilli dipping sauce for Malaysian style or salt and pepper dip for cantonese style. The singapore fried vermicelli had the strongest flavour of the 3 dishes we ordered and it had a really nice curry flavour. Overall, I loved all the dishes and will be back.
